Fixture Frame Designs: Static vs. Cassette-Based

We build vacuum-assisted, pneumatic, and manual mechanical frames featuring high-rigidity top pressure plates (overclamps). Production lines can select from two core structural approaches:

Dedicated (Static) Fixture Assemblies

A standalone, fully integrated test rig where the mechanical frame and electrical interface are built for a specific PCBA layout. Best suited for high-volume, long-term manufacturing runs.
Exchangeable Cassette Systems

A modular frame featuring removable top and bottom probe cassettes. Manufacturers retain the base unit and main mass interconnect receiver, purchasing only low-cost exchangeable kits for new product revisions to minimize capital expenditure and changeover duration.
HPS Series Mechanical Cassettes
