Eliminate ambient light interference without bulky enclosures—Fixtronic combines advanced Feasa analyzers with patented LEDProbe shielding for fast, automated LED verification on busy production lines.
Streamline your In-Circuit and Functional test operations with automated LED verification hardware from Fixtronic. By combining advanced Feasa optical analyzers with self-shielding LEDProbe technology, we deliver precise color, hue, and intensity measurements without requiring complex external light isolation boxes.
Fixtronic serves as an authorized integration and technical support partner for Feasa and Equip-Test across regional manufacturing hubs. We engineer high-precision, automated optical evaluation systems tailored for mission-critical electronic assemblies across the automotive, medical device, and aerospace industries.
Fixtronic designs and builds fully custom manual, pneumatic, and dual-stage fixture assemblies incorporating integrated optical analysis. Combining Feasa’s signal processing speed with targeted point-of-contact shielding gives your manufacturing line a reliable, high-accuracy optical test setup built for demanding production environments.
Feasa spectrometer analyzers deliver rapid, repeatable measurements across key optical parameters—including RGB wavelength, chromaticity, saturation, and luminous intensity. Their compact footprint enables versatile mounting options:
Engineered specifically for high-density In-Circuit Testing (ICT) environments.
Tailored for dynamic Functional Testing (FCT) sweeps and board-level validation.
Traditional LED testing requires bulky top-cover enclosures to eliminate shop-floor ambient light. Fixtronic bypasses this limitation by integrating Equip-Test’s patented LEDProbe mechanics:
Spring-loaded, light-tight probe heads seal directly over individual LEDs upon fixture actuation, blocking ambient shop-floor illumination.
High-efficiency optical guides capture and transmit light directly to the measurement head with zero distortion or crosstalk from adjacent LEDs.
Localized shielding eliminates the need for heavy external "black box" covers or complex mechanical hoods, reducing total fixture weight and cycle time.
